Pofii Platform - Website Pofii Platform & Billing Outage

We are currently investigating an issue affecting user logins on the Pofii platform, including access to billing features. Our engineering team is actively working to identify the root cause and restore full functionality as soon as possible.

  • We’re pleased to report that the platform has been fully stabilized.

    The recent instability was caused by changes in how Cloudflare handles IP addresses when requests are routed through Cloudflare Workers. Specifically, the new rules caused all such requests to appear with rotating IPv6 proxy addresses, making it difficult to reliably validate user sessions—resulting in login and billing access issues for some users.

    Thanks to the swift and innovative efforts of our engineering team, we’ve implemented a robust fix that ensures consistent session handling despite these changes. The platform is now operating normally, and users should no longer experience any login or billing-related disruptions.

    We’ll continue monitoring the system closely and will provide any further updates as needed. Thank you again for your patience and continued support.

  • We have implemented a temporary fix that should keep the login and session issues under control for now. The issue was caused by Cloudflare’s recent use of rotating IPv6 proxy addresses, which interfered with how user sessions are validated on our platform.

    Our engineering team is continuing to monitor the situation and work toward a more permanent solution. In the meantime, affected users should now be able to log in and access billing features normally.
